this is my body before ima start training.i just recently had surgery on my knee due to a football injury so i gained alot of weight.
i just turned 15 and i'll post a new vid when i turn 16.

So I just completed Week 1 of training! 15 weeks to go! So this week I did a combination of Bike, Running, and Eliptical. This week I did 13.5 miles. I went from 150lbs to 145lbs. I also went from 27% body fat in July to 20% body fat this last Saturday!
Any advice for training would be awesome!
