This was quite a challenging battle especially when they start doing their cheap tactics. Luckily you have 3x the chance of learning Jump so this balances the difficulty since attacking with Xaldin's shield on will only deal 1 HP of damage per hit.

a very tough battle, although JUMP can make great damage to him, but when he is nearly dead you barely have chance to LEARN without taking damage, i had tried many times untill luck finally came to me.

I had a weird idea of Xaldin & Xigbar goes hunting... Apparently you need to somehow remove Xaldin's shield so you can defeat him like using the Jump reaction command. Both are Data versions so it was kind of hard and man Xigbar was kind of off his game.
